Street cleaners use Twitter to publicise their work
20th of June 2012Street cleaners working for a UK municipality have been using Twitter to describe their daily tasks to the public.
The cleaners, from Guildford in Surrey, have been using the social media site to let residents know exactly what they are doing in order to keep the town looking clean and tidy.

French cleaning apprentices visit London
18th of June 2012A group of 21 cleaning apprentices from France visited London recently as part of a European educational tour organised by the Trans Europe Centre Apprentissage system for central France.
Among the sites they visited were the Thames Barrier, the London 2012 Olympics facilities and a vocational training centre at Merton Campus.
