New show Hygienalia+Pulire takes place in Valencia

The first edition of the Hygienalia+Pulire professional cleaning exhibition for Spain took place in Valencia earlier this month, attracting almost 4,000 visitors.
Organised by Reed Exhibitions Iberia in conjunction with Afidamp Servizi, which is responsible for the Pulire show in Italy, the event was visited by distributors, contract cleaning

Amsterdam was the venue for a recent meeting of the European partners of industry association ISSA. The group gathered to exchange ideas and share experiences from their respective countries.
Association representatives from Hungary, Poland, Estonia, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, the UK and Russia attended the event.

Unger appoints new Europe head

Cleaning systems provider Unger - which has its headquarters in the USA - has appointed Torsten Deutzmann as managing director of its European division.
Based in Germany, Deutzmann - who joined the company in 1995 as a marketing assistant - has performed a variety of roles, most recently general manager.
