Hospital taps said to harbour slime and biofilm

Healthcare workers washing their hands at hospital sinks could be spreading germs around the patient environment, according to new research.
And there are concerns that a build-up of biofilms inside the taps could be contaminating the water.

Pulire draws in over 17,000 visitors

Pulire, the Italian professional cleaning exhibition that took place at the end of May in Verona, attracted over 17,100 visitors, a six per cent rise compared to the last event two years ago. Of those, 30.68 per cent were from outside Italy.
