Stuttgart court rules activated water no better than tap water in Tennant vs Kärcher case

In the long running legal dispute between cleaning machine manufacturers Tennant and Kärcher, the Stuttgart Regional Court - which is local to the Kärcher HQ - has ruled that advertising claims by Tennant regarding its ec-H2O technology are misleading.

German cleaning machine trade association VDMA re-elected Markus Asch of Kärcher as its chairman during its annual general meeting recently.
Also elected to the board were Uwe Brenne of Hako, Dr Reinhard Man of Nilfisk-Advance, IP Gansow's Guiseppe Mariani and Jörg Peter Staehle of Columbus Cleaning Equipment.
