Toilet fan opens museum

A German man with a toilet obsession has opened his own museum devoted to the humble lavatory. Michael Berger, 69, opened the Harlekin Toilet Museum of Modern A*** in Wiesbaden, Germany.
It features his personal collection of lavatory rarities and oddities compiled over many years.

Pulire opens in Verona

Italian professional cleaning trade show Pulire opened its doors in Verona this morning, with 290 exhibitors covering an area of 16,000 square metres. At the opening ceremony organiser Afidamp also published its statistics for the country's professional cleaning products sector in 2010.

Pulire, organised by cleaning products suppliers' association Afidamp, is the professional cleaning exhibition for Italy and it takes place from May 24-26 at Verona's exhibition centre.
