Are Japanese train-cleaners faster than a speeding bullet?
14th of July 2014Possibly the world's fastest cleaners are the team responsible for cleaning the Japanese bullet train between each journey.
The team is said to be able to clean an entire train in seven minutes flat.
The Japanese bullet train -- or shinkansen as it is known over there - is capable of speeds up to 200kph and more than 300 trains are in service
Singapore shows its appreciation to cleaners
11th of July 2014More than 10,000 cleaners in Singapore are to be given prizes, outings and certificates in a show of appreciation for the work they carry out.

Army of cleaners move in to clear Glastonbury of festival rubbish
7th of July 2014Glastonbury Festival lasts for just five days - but the cleaning operation following this year's event is expected to last for up to six weeks.
