CSSA seeks most innovative products

The Cleaning Support Services Association's (CSSA) in the UK has launched its Innovation Showcase for 2020, which seeks to celebrate the cleaning industry's most innovative products, services and initiatives.
Businesses and organisations operating throughout the cleaning industry are now invited to enter their products, services and initiatives.
Ecocleen buys Regency Cleaning Services

Services provider Ecocleen in the UK has completed the acquisition of Regency Cleaning Services in a deal worth up to €2.9 million.
The successful takeover will enable the company to increase its presence within key sectors such as education and motor retail, while expanding its nationwide franchise network.

ISS Zero Waste Challenge exceeds target

To coincide with World Environment Day recently, facilities services provider ISS held its third annual Zero Waste Challenge (ZWC). Over 90,000 items were saved from being consigned to waste bins, exceeding the goal of 80,000 items.

German cleaning machines market faces uncertainty

Global economic uncertainty has impacted on Germany's cleaning machine manufacturers since the end of 2018, and sales in the first half of 2019 fell by three per cent. That's according to latest figures from trade association covering the sector, VDMA.
