Japanese bullet train operator aims to speed up cleaning

In a move to better compete with a rival train operator's famous "seven-minute miracle" for cleaning a bullet train between its arrival and departure, Central Japan Railway Co will shave off two minutes from its own shinkansen cleaning work, beginning next spring.

A study has revealed "unacceptably high" levels of harmful bacteria in UK hospital cafes run by Costa and Subway.
Researchers from BBC's Watchdog Live found salmonella and staphylococcus in branches run by both chains. However, no such contamination was found in cafes run by the Royal Voluntary Service.
