Diversey becomes standalone company as Bain Capital deal completes

The acquisition of Diversey from Sealed Air Corporation by Bain Capital Private Equity Firm is complete. Diversey will now be a standalone company that will include the Diversey Care division of Sealed Air as well as the food hygiene solution business that was part of its Food Care division.

Around 170 cleaners and 30 vehicles took to London's streets last week to sweep away the debris left behind following this year's Notting Hill Carnival.
