Rentokil Initial completes Franz Haniel joint venture agreement
10th of August 2017Rentokil Initial in the UK has completed it joint venture agreement with Germany-based Franz Haniel, which operates under the CWS-Boco brand. Rentokil agreed in December to merge its workwear and hygiene businesses in 10 countries, mainly in the Benelux and central & eastern Europe regions.

3rd of August 2017Dr Ilham Kadri has been appointed to serve as president and chief executive officer of Diversey. The company is in the process of being acquired from Sealed Air Corporation by Bain Capital Private Equity. The sale is expected to complete in September 2017.
Kadri joined Sealed Air in early 2013 as the president of the Diversey Care business. The
