Competition Appeal Tribunal judgement upholds CMA report in Ecolab/Holchem merger

The Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) in the UK has upheld the decision by the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) related to the merger between cleaning chemicals producers Ecolab and Holchem.
