Dosmatic takeover
16th of March 2011Hydro Systems Company, which is headquartered in the USA and specialises in dosing and dispensing equipment, has acquired chemical metering equipment producer Dosmatic, also of the USA.
Both companies have presence in Europe: Hydro Systems through its subsidiary Hydro Nova Europe in the UK, and Dosmatic through an operation in France.
