Hydro Systems Company, which is headquartered in the USA and specialises in dosing and dispensing equipment, has acquired chemical metering equipment producer Dosmatic, also of the USA.

Both companies have presence in Europe: Hydro Systems through its subsidiary Hydro Nova Europe in the UK, and Dosmatic through an operation in France.

"Adding Dosmatic’s broad product offering to our product portfolio is extremely exciting," said Hydro Systems’ president and ceo, Jeff Rowe. "This acquisition is consistent with our long-term strategy of acquiring additional, niche brands to build our family of dispensing offerings."
