Industry companies rank highly in outsourcing table

Three of the industry's top service providers have scored highly in this year's International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) league of the world's leading outsourcing services companies. ISS is ranked at number two, while Sodexo comes in at number three and Johnson Controls at number 10 in the Global Outsourcing 100.

Hygolet appoints new ceo

Washrooms systems company Hygolet Europe, based in Switzerland, has appointed a new ceo. He is Andreas Faller and he takes over from Chris Van Laere who retires in the summer.
Faller has a background in international sales, marketing and product management through previous roles with a number of Swiss and German premium brand companies.

ISS results show growth in profit

Global building services provider ISS achieved almost six per cent organic growth and a rise in profits of seven per cent during the first quarter of this year - according to its results which have just been announced.
Revenue from continuing business grew by 10 per cent in the period January 1 to March 31 this year, while total revenue increased

The organisers of the ISSA/INTERCLEAN North America exhibition, which took place in Orlando, Florida, at the end of last year, have announced visitor figures for the event. More than 13,500 cleaning professionals from over 70 countries attended.
