Poor hand hygiene behind E.coli spread

ScotRail ‘cutting back on toilet paper and soap’
25th of October 2019Scottish train operator ScotRail has been accused of cutting back on lavatory essentials such as soap and toilet paper in an attempt to maximise profits.
