High gloss PE300BU from Amano Pioneer Eclipse
15th of May 2013The PE300BU from Amano Pioneer Eclipse is a 51 cm ultra high speed burnisher designed to rapidly produce high levels of gloss on most types of floor surface.
The machine is controlled by the company’s SteadyOne pad control system which uses a fluid-drive piston mechanism to allow the burnisher to maintain a constant downward pressure, which is claimed to produce consistent results.
Said to be both fast and efficient, the machine is driven by a 1.9 kW electric motor producing only 67 decibels of sound which is said to make the PE300BU particularly suitable for use in areas where noise is a factor.
With an on-board charging system and three 12 volt 228 AH batteries operating continuously for up to three hours on a single charge, the PE300BU is claimed to minimise downtime.
Operating at a pad speed of 2,000 rpm, the PE300BU is said to be capable of burnishing more than 2,400 sq m of flooring per hour. The system uses a simple dust collection system to keep surroundings free from airborne particulates and a readily-accessible deck with a 90-degree tilt-up feature allows the operator to change pads easily and quickly, says the company.
When fully tilted the PE300BU is said to have a space-saving footprint of only 125 cm allowing it to fit into the smallest of cupboards or storerooms. The machine is part of a full line of professional floorcare solutions for commercial and educational spaces including battery and propane-powered scrubbers, burnishers and stripping machines.
