International facilities management services provider Samsic Facility has added three new companies to the group - EasyFresh of Portugal and Edilservice64 and APE Service in Italy.

These latest acquisitons are in line with the group's European growth strategy. In Portugal, it says, EasyFresh enhances its proximity and cleaning services coverage while APE Services expands its presence in Tuscany. With the acquisition of EDILservice64, Samsic Italy is expanding its service offering by adding maintenance expertise - enabling it to offer a broader range of services to clients.

The three businesses together bring 200 additional employees and around €10 million in additional revenue to the group.
