Providing cleaners with real-time cleaning intelligence is the new Kiehl Bot.

Claimed to be the only product of its kind on the market, the bot helps professional cleaners with their operational issues.

‘We launched the Kiehl app last year, and the bot is its latest functionality," said management assistant Michael Bertenbreiter. "It provides cleaners with professional knowhow."

He says the chat bot becomes particularly useful when cleaners encounter an unfamiliar task or an unknown surface and require insights as to how to tackle it.

Powered by AI, the Kiehl Bot acts as a digital companion and provides up-to-date cleaning information in multiple languages.

"If you ask Chat GBT how to clean a surface it is likely to give out a basic reply, such as ‘use vinegar'," said Bertenbreiter. "Our bot is designed for commercial cleaners and goes deeper into the topic."

The KIEHL app provides information on products for building cleaning, kitchen hygiene, textile care, disinfection and vehicle washing. It supports cleaners' daily work and contributes to the safety of processes and applications, says the company.
