CBAi is the new AI training and strategy arm of PR and marketing agency Ceris Burns International - tailored for the cleaning, FM and environmental sectors.

Founder Ceris Burns says a suite of resources has been developed to help those industries confidently apply artificial intelligence (AI) in practical, ethical and measurable ways.

The first programme, the AI Strategy Accelerator, is a six-week, bespoke, in-person initiative designed to help companies move beyond "AI talk" to develop clear, company-wide roadmaps for adoption. It's designed to help teams identify where AI can improve efficiency, streamline communications and create measurable business impact across marketing, operations and customer service.

"There's a huge appetite for AI in the cleaning, FM and environmental sectors but many companies don't know where to start," explained Burns. "Most providers offer generic advice that doesn't apply to essential industries, where compliance, tenders and reputation management are critical. The Accelerator gives companies the structure, clarity, and confidence to take that first step."

Each Accelerator programme begins with a discovery session to assess readiness and goals. This is followed by a six-week hybrid journey combining in-person workshops, online sessions and Q&A support. Participants leave with a tailored AI pathway, workflow templates and a phased six-month implementation plan.
