According to Vectair Systems its new Blast is an ultra quick automatic hand dryer that can dry hands in just 10 seconds. The company says it also completely dries hands by evaporating residual moisture.
The unit has been built with environmental considerations in mind as well - it is claimed to use one-sixth of the energy used by conventional warm air dryers and the cast iron cover with ceramic finish is 100 per cent recyclable. The construction is also designed to be robust.
