Pulire Eurasia Turkey attracts more visitors25th of October 2012
The second Pulire Eurasia professional cleaning exhibition took place in Istanbul, Turkey at the end of last month, with the organisers reporting an increase in visitors of 55 per cent compared to the first event in 2010.
"Two years is too short a time to begin to see truly significant results," commented Toni D'Andrea, managing director of Afidamp Servizi which organised Pulire Eurasia.
"Furthermore, the social and political tensions in North Africa and the Middle East have doubtless affected the process of raising the awareness of the Turkish market to the issue of cleaning. However the Turkish event has demonstrated a greater sensitivity to the market, including in terms of the number of registered visitors."
D'Andrea continued: "The clearest difference compared to the 2010 edition was certainly the increased appreciation of the importance this industry holds in the country's modernisation process. The fact that spaces must be cleaner requires the domestic market to pay more attention so that cleaning services are delivered more effectively."
