Swedish grounds maintenance products supplier Belos - previously owned by Global Garden Products (GGP) - has become part of the Kärcher Group, which has its headquarters in Germany. The companies have been in cooperation since 2009 in the design and manufacture of multifunctional sweepers.

“This successful collaboration has convinced us of the high level of vehicle development competence at Belos," said Kärcher ceo Hartmut Jenner. "By acquiring the company we have now laid the groundwork for the expansion of our product range and successful long-term business in the market for local authority technology."

Kärcher retains the brand and employs all Belos staff, while GGP will continue to manufacture the Belos machines at its factory in Tranas.
