For maintaining, resurfacing and polishing of wood, tile, terrazzo, marble, concrete and gym
floors Tomcat has developed Edge Orbital floor scrubbers. These allow the operator to
add or remove weights as well as use a variety of specialty pads.
Training can be carried out in less than two minutes, says Tomcat. The company also claims the Edge machines can reduce slip and fall claims, resurface VCT flooring without the use of chemicals, penetrate grout and tile lines, grind and polish marble, and use up to 70 per cent less water and chemical than conventional scrubbers.
