Three core cleaners in Dr Schnell kitchen range

There are three core products in the Dr Schnell kitchen hygiene range of cleaning chemicals - Perocid limescale remover, Gastro Pur oil/grease solvent and Desifor-A surface disinfectants.
The company also has a line of solutions that have been awarded ecolabels. There is the oil and grease solvent Gastro Pur Eco, for example, for use in kitchens, bakeries and butchers as well as on surfaces such as stainless steel, glass, tiles and porcelain. Other products with ecolabels include manual washing-up liquid Green & Mild Eco, limescale solvent Perocid Eco, rinse aid Mafor Eco and commercial dishwasher detergent Perocid Extra Eco.
Through its subsidiary the Alegria Specialist Academy Dr Schnell also advises companies on the set-up and application of the HACCP concept.
