INSTA 800 is a Nordic cleaning QA standard developed on the basis of ISO. It is a universally applicable specification to assess the quality of cleaning done in any premise disregarding of its sizing, content, location or destination.
Avista Time, provider of next generation smart process apps, has implemented the INSTA 800 specification and automated every step of the process from contract profiling to customer reporting. It supplies a number of touch screen checklists, minimising the time needed for premise inspection. The inspection report can be accompanied with notes and photos.
The supervisor can also make necessary corrections to the cleaning work by creating a work order out of the inspection results and distributing it to the team. He can then view and print aggregated reports for the entire building, email them to the customer and track the progress of corrections online.
