From September 1 this year, biocidal products and active substances cannot be placed on the EU market unless the product or substance supplier is on the Article 95 list of Approved Active Substance Suppliers.

With that in mind, The REACH Centre in the UK is hosting a free webinar to raise awareness of the upcoming changes to enable companies to act now to make sure they can stay on the EU market beyond that date.

The title of the webinar is Understanding and Managing your Article 95 Obligations and it takes place on Wednesday April 22 from 09.00-09.45 UK time.

Aimed at manufacturers or importers of active substances or biocidal product in the EU (bleaches, surface disinfectants, wipes, etc), the programme will explain what the requirements are, who they affect, how to apply for inclusion on the list and how much it may cost.
