Tennant sells Green Machines business

Tennant Company has sold its Green Machines business to M&F Group of companies, parent company of Tennant master distributor TCS EMEA - which distributes the company's products in Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Otto Rainer, a former Tennant employee, controls a majority of M&F Group.
