CMS Asia launches in Singapore
30th of June 2026Messe Berlin Asia Pacific will launch the first edition of the CMS Asia professional cleaning and hygiene exhibition in Singapore from June 8-10 2027 in partnership with the National Environment Agency's (NEA) CleanEnviro Summit Singapore (CESG). Messe Berlin is the organiser of the established exhibition for the German market, CMS Berlin.
The event marks the beginning of a 12-year partnership between NEA and Messe Berlin Asia Pacific, covering up to six biennial editions of CESG between 2027 and 2039.
CMS Asia and CESG will provide a joint platform for the environmental services sector, bringing together technology providers, service companies, policymakers, asset owners and buyers to exchange knowledge, showcase new technologies and develop business partnerships.
The organisers say the collaboration reflects growing demand across the Asia Pacific region for more efficient and sustainable solutions in urban cleaning, public hygiene, facility management, waste management and environmental resilience as cities continue to expand.
Katrina Leung, managing director and vice president Asia Pacific at Messe Berlin, said the new exhibition would provide a dedicated business platform for industries supporting cleaner and more resilient cities.
"Together with CleanEnviro Summit Singapore, CMS Asia will connect policy dialogue, innovation, business exchange and technology sourcing in one place," she said.
Alexander Lim, managing director of CleanEnviro Summit Singapore, said international collaboration was becoming increasingly important as countries respond to environmental challenges, including climate change.
He said the partnership with Messe Berlin Asia Pacific reinforces Singapore's commitment to advancing environmental management capabilities while strengthening CESG's position as a regional platform for policy discussions, industry engagement and innovation.
The combined event is expected to serve as a regional meeting point for stakeholders across the environmental services ecosystem, supporting collaboration on technologies and solutions for cleaner, healthier and more sustainable urban environments.
