New chairman for INPACS
8th of July 2016INPACS, the international network of hygiene wholesalers covering 35 countries, has a new chairman. Kai Kruse, formerly chairman of Igefa Germany, has succeeded Jeremy Hodge who has retired.
Commenting on his new appointment Kruse said: "I am delighted to see the positive developments within INPACS where members continue to grow together. INPACS consists of businesses which gained their strong expertise over many generations. Their focus remains on customer value rather than on shareholder value."
Other appointments to the supervisory board were Roger Moore (Nationwide, UK) as vice-chairman and Hanne Martine Vedeler (Norengros, Norway) with Umberto Magris (Magris, Italy) as fellow board members.
The group has also launched a new slogan - Global Supply Solution. This, it says, reflects more clearly the group’s continuing development from hygiene expert to overall non-food solution provider.
“In order to establish an efficient supply chain many global corporate customers demand an international service standard across all local operations from their national distributors. Our new slogan reflects this business model perfectly.” explained INPACS ceo Jose Del Pino.
The simple message of the slogan is:
Global – as a full-service provider INPACS supplies products to customers in over 35 countries around the world, including North and Central America, as well as Australia.
Supply – multiproduct distribution with a product portfolio of non-food items ranging from cleaning and hygiene chemicals and equipment, catering disposables, personal protective equipment to medical care and guest amenities.
Solution – taking responsibility beyond the delivery of a product to added value services such as modern eCommerce solutions, training and customised customer programmes.
