Cleaning solutions specialist Wecovi, which has its headquarters in Zwolle, the Netherlands, has become part of L.H. Reijnen Holding - a family-owned business in the same city.The business will continue to be run by Henk Toering as managing director and Remco van der Weide as financial director.

Hans Paul Visscher, who owned the business until the takeover, explained: "After 35 years of intensive involvement with Wecovi - 28 years as owner - this is the right time for me to say goodbye. My father, Freddy Visscher, founded the company in 1971 and gave me as the second generation the opportunity to further expand it.

"It gives me great satisfaction that Wecovi remains in family hands and that its continuity is guaranteed."

Lex Reijnen of L.H. Reijnen Holding added: "Wecovi has a strong history, a clear vision and dedicated employees. We share the values of reliability, entrepreneurship and customer care."
