ISS to extend global facility services partnership with Barclays until 2022

Global provider of facility services ISS has announced the the signing of heads of terms to extend the global agreement with Barclays, whereby ISS delivers integrated facility services to the majority of Barclays' sites across the world.
Under the heads of terms, ISS will negotiate an extension of the relationship with Barclays until the end of 2022. Barclays is currently ISS's largest contract. As part of the terms, ISS will continue to deliver integrated facility services (IFS) to approximately 1,600 Barclays sites in 35 countries.
ISS began working with Barclays in October 2012, providing an Integrated Facility Services solution in the UK & Ireland, Continental Europe, the Americas, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
