ISS makes changes to board of directors

Global building services provider ISS has made some changes to its board of directors. Harry Klagsbrun and Jennie Chua were elected members of the board of directors of ISS and ISS World Services. They replace Peter Korsholm and Jørgen Lindegaard, who are stepping down after several years as board directors at ISS.
Klagsbrun is a senior partner with EQT Partners and based in Sweden, while Chua is based in Singapore and chief corporate officer of CapitaLand.
