Chidichimo blog tackles service quality
2nd of April 2012Pedro Chidichimo, president of the institutional and laundry business unit of Sealed Air (known as Diversey before it was acquired last year), writes in his latest ECJ blog about how web-based auditing applications can differentiate a company from its competitors through improved service quality of the customer-facing operations.
He writes that he is still surprised by the low level of adoption of such easily available technology as portable devices and internet applications - and explores ways in which the industry could make more use of the tools available to them.
