Byotrol enters licensing agreement with Kimberly-Clark
23rd of August 2012Anti-microbial hygiene company Byotrol has entered a full licensing agreement with Kimberly-Clark. The seven-year contract is global in scope, with some exceptions including some EU markets, and provides Kimberly-Clark with exclusive intellectual property rights.
No other details were being disclosed at the moment.
Ralph Kugler, chairman at Byotrol commented: ""This is a landmark agreement for Byotrol. It realises a central tenet of our strategy by partnering with a global consumer-focussed company."
