In the UK, Amazon has announced the launch of Amazon Business, a new service designed to meet the procurement needs of businesses of every size - from small companies to large multi-national organisations, as well as institutional buyers like universities, hospitals and non-profits.

Among the one hundred million products on offer are janitorial supplies and cleaning products through to industrial grade high pressure cleaners.

Features of the service include free one-day delivery on orders of £30 or more, VAT-exclusive pricing, VAT invoicing and access to Amazon Business Analytics.

Amazon Business launched in the US in April 2015, followed by Germany in December 2106.
