Afidamp, the association that represents manufacturers and distributors of professional cleaning products in Italy through its different branches, has celebrated its 30th anniversary in Milan.

The celebration was attended by past presidents including Andrea Risi, Giulio Guizzi, Maurizio Cigola, Romolo Raimondi, Michele Liscio and Giampaolo Ruffo, along with Michele Redi - who is currently president of AfidampFAB - AfidampCOM president Virna Re, and president of AFED Matteo Marino. Honorary presidents of AfidampFAB Alfredo Pellizzari and Elio Zibra also attended. 

Founded in 1981, Afidamp has worked to raise standards in Italy's cleaning sector and improve its profile internationally. It organised the first Pulire exhibition in 1982 - a series of shows that has now expanded to countries throughout the world as well as being the leading event for the home market.

Pulire 2011 takes place in Verona from May 24-26.
