ToolSense Launched RoboHub at Interclean 2026

Vienna-based asset operations platform ToolSense used Interclean 2026 to launch RoboHub, a new module for the ToolSense platform that connects cleaning robots from multiple manufacturers into a single management interface.

The announcement addresses a growing operational challenge for FM companies deploying robots at scale: each brand typically runs on its own app and dashboard, leaving site managers to juggle fragmented data across their fleets. RoboHub sits as a unified layer above these systems, aggregating performance data, maintenance alerts, and operational status regardless of the robot brand running on-site.

At launch, RoboHub supported integrations with LionsBot, Gausium, Pudu, Nexaro, Keenon, and others - with further manufacturers in the pipeline. The product extended ToolSense's existing platform, which already covered IoT-connected equipment, QR-based workflows, and multi-brand maintenance management across 30+ countries.

"FM operators shouldn't have to run five different apps to manage their robot fleet," said Alexander Manafi, CEO of ToolSense. "RoboHub gives them one place to see everything that matters."

Existing ToolSense customers include ISS, Dussmann, Atalian, and B+N. The company said RoboHub was designed to slot into existing ToolSense deployments without any additional cost.
