Chemical dosing solutions specialist SEKO has followed up the award-winning LS100 laundry system with LS200, its latest development which builds on its predecessor's features while offering new possibilities for high-precision detergent injection.
LS200 is a centralised chemical dosing system for on-premise laundries and small commercial laundries with a wash demand as high as 3 tonnes per day.
This complete panel solution comes in a choice of peristaltic and pneumatic models covering flow rates up to 2,500 ml/min, serving up to six washers with as many as eight precisely dosed chemicals.
The secret to LS200's exceptional accuracy lies within a gear volumetric flowmeter and the superior chemical compatibility of its components, which prevents degradation for ultra-consistent performance.
Each LS200 is supplied with a dedicated backlit formula selector and five-signal trigger interface, giving operators intuitive control over every aspect of their laundry dosing process.
Meanwhile, for remote connectivity and wash data on demand, users can connect to the SekoBlue and SekoWeb platforms via PC, laptop or smart device.
Finally, the system's modular design allows for effortless expansion as the operation develops, ensuring long-term flexibility.
