New generation of scrubber-dryers
A sparkling floor. That's exactly what the new Cleanfix scrubber-dryers leave behind. But what's so special about them? They are extremely simple to use, environmentally friendly and feature an integrated charger. A new feature is the optional Cleanfix Advanced Dosing System, which enables you to save up to 50% in chemicals. And another special aspect is that the machines are made entirely in Switzerland.
Hygiene is becoming more and more important. Whether in supermarkets, sport centres, hospitals or industrial plants - cleanliness is a top priority. The expenditure required, however, should be as small as possible. Resources are also to be used carefully - in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner. Cleanfix has taken all of these factors into account in developing its latest generation of scrubber-dryer
• The RA 605 IBCT is equipped with two brushes (each 318 mm) - scrubbing width 620 mm - with a propulsion motor and speed-dependent detergent dosing system. Optional CADS available, suitable for larger floor areas with an incline of up to 8%.
CADS (Cleanfix Advanced Dosing System)
Using the optional CADS (Cleanfix Advanced Dosing System) ensures that the right amount of detergent is added to the fresh water. Simply set the required concentration of chemicals, connect the canister and away you go. This allows you to save up to 50% in chemicals, preserving both your budget and the environment. Chemical precipitation in the fresh water tank is a thing of the past. The chemicals can be changed quickly, without having to discard the entire fresh water tank. The operator no longer comes into contact with the cleaning fluid. The CADS is available as an option for the machines RA 505 IBCT and RA 605 IBCT.
Speed-dependent detergent dosing
The RA 505 IBCT and RA 605 IBCT scrubber-dryers feature automatic speed-dependent regulation of cleaning solutions. This means that when the operator moves more slowly around a bend, less cleaning solution is automatically supplied. As a result, there are no longer any puddles and mopping over is not necessary. You are left with an evenly clean and dry floor. Absolutely sparkling results are achieved with reduced personnel costs and using 30% less water and chemicals. As such, the 55 l fresh water tank can be compared with a 75 l tank volume on a conventional machine. The number of tank refilling stops is minimised.
