Robert Stelling, director for Interclean Amsterdam, extends a warm welcome to visitors from around the world as the show prepares to open next Tuesday.
As we gather once again in the heart of Amsterdam, I'm proud to welcome professionals, innovators, thought leaders and industry experts from all over the world to what has become the leading platform shaping the future of our sector.
The world around us continues to change rapidly. In 2026, global challenges such as the rapid development of AI and automation technology, workforce shortages, increasing demands for sustainability, evolving requirements for human skills, and the need for resilient public health systems all remain firmly at the top of our collective agenda.
Cleaning and hygiene now play a central role in creating safe, healthy, and thriving environments, and our industry has responded with creativity, dedication, and remarkable innovation.
This year's Interclean Amsterdam showcases exactly that.
Walk the full Interclean circle across all halls, where you will discover the latest developments in robotics and automation, advancements in AI-powered facility management, and new standards in sustainable materials, circular solutions, and low-impact processes. That real change comes to life in our new Experience Centres: designed to provide hands-on learning, live demonstrations, and direct interaction with the technologies shaping tomorrow. Each Experience Centre has a unique focus: Hospitality in Hall 8, Robotics in Hall 5, Healthcare in Hall 12, and the Outdoor Cleaning Experience outside Hall 1.
Our programme on four different stages, featuring inspiring keynotes, expert panels, workshops, and future-focused dialogues to help you navigate the trends influencing your organisation and the wider industry. We are especially proud of our new partnership with the European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards, whose winners will share their practices every afternoon on the Main Stage.
Above all, Interclean Amsterdam is about connection. It's about bringing our global community together to collaborate, learn, do business, and celebrate the impact our industry has on people's lives every day.
