The Avenida del Mar will be washed three times a week, with manual sweeping carried out twice daily to maintain cleanliness in one of the city's busiest areas.
Specific measures will be taken around the Christmas Market to include additional waste bins and regular deep cleaning.
Councillors are also urging people to make proper use of bins and recycling containers, emphasising that "citizens' cooperation is vital to enjoying a clean, cared-for, and respectful festive environment."
