Water and salt cleaner from Ozo Innovations

elocube is a new system that turns food grade salt and water into a disinfectant and cleaner that can remove fat and kill pathogens associated with food poisoning. Developed by Ozo Innovations it is designed for commercial kitchens and food processing applications.
The solution produced is non-tainting to food - it is pH neutral and can remove fat deposited on grease traps and cooking utensils at room temperature. Chemicals are not required.
Ozo says it can kill 99.99 per cent of Listeria, Salmonella and E. coli, and inactivate Norovirus.
