ISS rated a “super star” on the IAOP Global Outsourcing list

For the sixth year in a row, global facility services company ISS has achieved the highest possible rating on the IAOP Global Outsourcing Top 100 list.
Every year, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) releases a ranking of global outsourcing companies across all industries. Once again ISS received five stars and achieved the status of Super Star of the Global Outsourcing 100 - recognising the company has consistently ranked in the top for more than five years and attained a star in each category: Customer References, Size & Growth, Awards & Certifications, Programmes for Innovations, and Programmes for Corporate Social Responsibility.
ISS Group ceo Jeff Gravenhorst commented: "We are proud to be a global service leader - and that leadership depends on consistently delivering service excellence across our customer sites. As a company with 488,946 employees across more than 70 countries, the key to our success is the right balance between empowerment of our people and standardisation of our processes."
ISS's overall score was 7.33 out of eight, compared with the Global Outsourcing 100 list's 2018 average of 4.81. And it scored an eight out of eight in Corporate Social Responsibility, compared with the industry average of 3.9.
