Now available in Europe through Lensmate is the ESS electrostatic spraying system - designed in the US and suitable for restoration, remediation, industrial food process cleaning and infection control applications.

The heart of the ESS system is the patented Maxcharge air atomising induction charging nozzle that produces spray droplets said to be 900 times smaller than those produced by conventional sprayers. Each droplet receives an electrical charge that pulls the droplet towards the nearest object at 75 times the force of gravity.

This causes what ESS calls a 'wraparound' effect, where droplets change direction to coat all sides of an object evenly. In practical terms this means the spray reaches the underside, the backside and all the nooks and crevasses of surfaces.
