URACA buys French manufacturer of high-pressure cleaning equipment

High-pressure cleaning pump specialist URACA - based in Germany - has acquired the Thenon Group of France. This comprised two businesses: Hydroclean SAS, based in Noyal-Pontivy, and SAT Dimaco SAS, based in Chinon.
The strategy behind this latest acquisition is to enable URACA to expand its product portfolio of cleaning pump units in the low and medium power range.
Hydroclean and Dimaco will continue to operate as separate brands.
