TVH buys Battery Supplies

Spare parts specialist TVH, which has its headquarters in Belgium, has acquired the shares of Battery Supplies - also based in Belgium - and its subsidiaries in Meyzieu, France (Battery Supplies France) and Erftstadt, Germany (BATTEC Batterie Vertrieb).
Founded in 1999, Battery Supplies is a one-stop shop for the supply of batteries, battery chargers and accessories, as well as maintenance and repair services. The business has 80 employees and a turnover of over €43 million.
It will continue to operate independently from its current warehouses and offices, headed by the current management team.
