Brightwell Dispensers acquires CT Dispensing Systems

UK basedBrightwell Dispensers has acquired its Spanish stockist CT Dispensing Systems. The two companies have shared a close partnership for over 25 years.
CT Dispensing Systems will continue to operate under its own name, retaining its existing management team and administration functions.
"We are very pleased CT Dispensing Systems is joining the Brightwell Dispensers Group and are looking forward to continue to strengthen our market position and product offering," Guillermo Moser and Antonio Moreno de Vega, co-founders of CT commented on the acquisition.
"CT Dispensing Systems has been an important strategic partner for Brightwell Dispensers for many years and I'm pleased they are now part of the Brightwell Dispensers Group. The acquisition will strengthen our European reach and market position," Nathan Palmer, managing director of Brightwell Dispensers added.
