ToolSense looks back on 2025 success

ToolSense, the platform for digital machine, robotics and fleet management for facility service and construction companies, is looking back on a successful 2025 - with revenue increasing by 40 per cent and the business reaching profitability by the end of the year.

More than 200 companies in over 20 countries now use the solution - including ISS, WISAG, Dussmann Group, VINCI Construction, JLL and Max Bögl.

"2025 was a milestone year for us. With a clear focus on maximising customer value, we demonstrated that growth and profitability can go hand in hand. Achieving profitability gives us the stability and flexibility to accelerate our international expansion and take our vision of the AI Fleet Manager to the next level," said Alexander Manafi, ToolSense CEO and co-founder.

With the AI Fleet Manager, ToolSense aims to use agentic AI to automate the operation of machines, equipment and vehicles so they can manage themselves, trigger predictive maintenance and control operational processes largely autonomously.

In Europe alone, there are more than 100,000 machine and fleet managers in the construction and facility management industries and with the AI Fleet Manager, ToolSense aims to automate over 50 percent of the tasks that are currently handled manually.

In 2025 the platform was significantly expanded both technically and functionally. New software modules, deeper IoT integrations, and more automated workflows improved efficiency, transparency, and usability.

"Our goal is to build the best asset and maintenance management platform for the facility service and construction industries," added Benjamin Petterle, CPO and co-founder. "In 2025, we made major progress toward simplifying and optimising processes for our users. We delivered numerous innovations, especially in IoT, maintenance planning, and automation."

Rostyslav Yavorskyi, CTO and co-founder explained: "In 2025 we focused heavily on making ToolSense faster, more robust, and more scalable. The platform now handles larger data volumes, responds more quickly and remains stable even when tens of thousands of users across many countries work simultaneously."

In 2026, ToolSense plans to further expand its collaboration with international key accounts in the facility service sector and strengthen its position in the construction industry within the DACH region. On the product side, deeper IoT integrations, increased automation and new innovations in IoT-based maintenance management will be key priorities.
