Selden buys Jeyes Professional

UK producer of cleaning chemicals Selden has acquired the Jeyes Professional brand from Jeyes Group for an undisclosed sum. Jeyes Professional Division is now a wholly owned division of Selden.
The sale sees manufacture, distribution and administration of Jeyes Professional products transferring to Selden’s Derbyshire production plant from other UK sites.
“This is a good match for our customers,” said Selden sales director Mark Woodhead. “This acquisition marks a step change in the already well-respected size and flexibility of Selden’s product offer."
“Like Jeyes Professional, Selden products are used by a wide cross-section of Britain’s best-known businesses – we’re looking forward to the new opportunities this creates,” said Nigel Green Jeyes Professional‘s former commercial director.
