3M Scotch-Brite Quick Clean Griddle Cleaning System
24th of June 20133M’s new Scotch-Brite Quick Clean Griddle Cleaning System aims to tackle one of the toughest cleaning jobs in the commercial kitchen - dirty griddles.
Said to clean in half the time of traditional griddle cleaning products, the Scotch-Brite system incorporates a powerful non-toxic liquid cleaner that lifts and loosens carbonised food from the hot griddle surface. Food soil can then be scoured and polished away using HACCP approved 3M Scotch-Brite Hand Pads. The time taken is typically between three and five minutes.
When the liquid cleaner is poured onto the hot griddle (150-170°C) it immediately begins to lift and loosen stubborn burnt-on food and grease from the griddle plate. For scouring and polishing the Scotch-Brite Multi-Purpose Pad Holder features a 30 cm handle to reduce the risk of burning and enable users to safely reach the back of a hot griddle.
Each 3M Scotch-Brite Quick Clean Griddle Cleaning System contains a 750 ml bottle of cleaning liquid complete with dosing cap; one pack of 3M Scotch-Brite 450 Hand Pads (six per pack); and a Scotch-Brite Multi-Purpose Pad Holder.
